P4 or AMD???

- What would be better to get. An AMD Athlon XP 3200+, or a Intel 3.2Ghz P4?
- What would be faster for a computer that is mainly going to be playing games?
- And which could be over clocked higher?

You care about FPS? You NEVER move around.. I mean even 12 fps would be fine for the way you play, :sniper: not like that door you are zoomed on :sniper: "changes" all that much you lamer.

Plus, knowing your age and so on, I'm thinking it's a cold day in hell before you drop the $$$ needed to GET a 3200+ or a 3.2 and the rest of the gear needed to run that chip at 800fsb and so on.. CamperMonkey on a highend cpu? Heck you might as well be asking how to get a bra off a woman, something else you will NOT being doing any time soon..

As for the chips, you're pointing at the top end of cpus, both would work find for games being you can play every thing out now on a 2.2, never mind a 3.2... And why bother to OC a top end chip? 3.2 not fast enough!?

Errrrrr of course being an Intel whore I'd suggest an Intel set up....

Secondly, if it can be over clocked I’ll try it. Even if it is a 3.2 GHz.

Thirdly, where is a good place to buy a nice chair and pillow? I have looked but can't find a really nice one.

I barely camp in Raven Shield anymore. Granted I still get into Strategic Sniping Positions now and then, but no where near as much as I use to.

The only time that happens is when some nublet TKs me on purpose and then I drop a Frag Grenade at the next spawn to get retribution. It could have been avoided if the nublet had not TKed me or had said sorry if it was an accident.

Sniper is not a strategic capability but a tactical one. When done properly a sniper NEVER fires a second shot from the same location. It's called 'displacing'. The use of cover, concealment and stealth are the most important tactic. Running to a location and sitting there doesn't fall into ANY of those catagories.

So please don't try using words like 'Strategic Sniper Locations' because it doesn't exsist.

After a couple different LANS people started getting pissed off with him about his attitude. When he was asked to stop Monkey started giving some attitude that camping the way he does is PART of the game. So far no one else agree's with him and we punish him without mercy! :ROFL:

Yeah, but then AIM is off. And all of my dumbass friends won't be able to tell me what games/movies they want. But i can always put an away message on and hide the message box, and disable the sound.

But if for any reason i am bumped out of the game it will make no differance what happened, it will still be labeled camping. Even if i am in a room, looking at a blank wall with the door closed and nothing in my hands, it will still be considered camping.
