What are you doing for thanksgiving?

so whats everyone doing for Thanksgiving?


me and my family are getting a cabin in tahoe, and going to spend the week up there... WOOT WOOT SNOW!!!

I'm going to drink, eat turkey, and watch football ALL DAY LONG.


I doubt I'll even take a shower.
For the past 5 years teh wife and I have run around to 5 different places each time. This year we're not going anywhere.

May hook up the camper and head down the coast for a week (maybe visit Hearst castle, etc).

Otherwise, I'll probably hit the ski slopes! Sierra opened today, Northstar opens Wed 26th (yay season passes!)

I have the option to work, and double time does sound pretty good, so I might do that during the day, then switch the agenda to beer and .... beer afterwards.

I've never been big on Thanksgiving. It has always had too much drama and sucked. The best year was the year my Dad and I said "screw you all" because of the drama and left my grandma's house to go eat Taco Bell. They were closed, however, so we went home and ate really good Steak and baked potatoes while listening to Christmas music (since my Mom always makes him turn it off when she's home). It was cool jsut hanging out with my Dad.

Remember that year Dad?

This year I'm going to my Parent's house for dinner. Other than that, not much. I'll probably watch movies and play PS2 or my PC all day. I love extra days off from work.

Odds are I'll hang around the house and play some online games with my normal holiday name of that day, "DeadTurkey" Sort of like on Xmas it's of course "DeadSanta"

a few years ago I went up to reno, that was sort of fun, NO ONE really up there...

down side of being an only child of an only child who happens to be a widow.. really small family so not like there is anyone to have a big family dinner with..

I am going to go down to my Aunt's house, in Clovis, and do the usual get together. prolly gonna go se a movie...since there isn't much in Clovis. oh, but i get to take my computer with me, cause my Aunt wants me to put alot of her old records onto CD. By the way, does anyone know of a good, free audio capturing program (since the turntable audio will be inputted into my comp). oh, and there is this school right next to their house, that is 3 schools combined into one. so, if it is raining, and there is no one around, i am gonna do some suburban 4 wheelin, cause there are tons of stairs, and hils.
