seriously, how the F does anyone keep supporting the corruption, cronyism, and outright treason - for the sake of partisanship? sure the Dems are not perfect, but they never played slimeball politics close to the level of what the Reps have done. attacking families of opponents is something not even the mafia does - i hope all these slimeball Reps get executed for treason. they deserve the firing squad.

WASHINGTON - The White House on Tuesday sidestepped questions about whether Vice President Dick Cheney passed on to his top aide the identity of a CIA officer central to a federal grand jury probe. Notes in the hands of a federal prosecutor suggest that Cheney's chief of staff, I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, first heard of the CIA officer from Cheney himself, The New York Times reported in Tuesday's editions. A federal prosecutor is investigating whether the officer's identity was improperly disclosed.

yea, but you know that he's the "real" president behind the scenes and NO ONE would have the okay to go forward and do something like that without his tacit approval. the whole affair just stinks.

kay bailey hutchinson, the senate Rep mouthpiece, was essentially saying that it was okay if libby or rove lied under oath and the whole thing might end up being a "procedural" indictment being led by an overzealous prosecutor.

shades of clinton, when she said that lying under oath was akin to the most serious charge on earth and she voted for impeachment.

Actually, I don't know that he's behind anything, and quite frankly, neither do you, nor does the rest of FLG for that matter.

Just because someone doesn't have the "OK" to do something, does that stop them from doing it? Think: Bill Clinton/Monica Lewinsky - I'm pretty sure Hillary didn't "OK" Bill to get blown by Monica - BUT it still happened.

That being said, perhaps it behooves you to get more information on the subject before making what could be seen as false accusations.

well then, i would say the same analogy fits since NO ONE saw clinton and monica actually do anything as well. and since its all hearsay, there was never any real evidence to impeach him as well.

try to keep it consistent then and stop the false accusations against clinton.

anyways, i hope the indictments come this week. this is turning out to be the most corrupt administration in modern US history and possibly the worst cases of both the House and Senate leaders in scandals ever. very few precedents for the scale of all this - they're all still crooks and traitors.

i would love to see them all executed for their crimes - as i still do support the death penalty. :D

you know what really kills me - that as soon as the ID was leaked, they added a star to the CIA wall of "fallen" agents.

no one is saying anything about the CIA damage assessment report, but we know Bush was furious from reports, and those stars don't go up frequently. plus there were ex-CIA folks saying there had to be a connection since everyone connected to her would be left hanging and facing danger.

yes, i can't say it was connected - but the odds are good.

exposing CIA agents just because she's the wife of someone who told the truth about an illogical war that we shouldn't have begun in the first place, and THEN potentially having her network exposed and possibly other agents killed...ALL IN THE NAME OF REPUBLICAN POLITICS, just makes me sick.

Bush is not a leader, he can't control his own aides and his own people. he's a coke-head alcoholic who couldn't figure out that he wasn't in charge in the first place.
