I'm all for the destruction of parasites.
But then I suppose one could ask how I could be pro-choice and anti-war? Easy. There is a disctint difference between a parasite and a human being. :)

I dont think there are any people who are "pro-war" that is just a stupid term. I am pro-defense, and if that includes pre-emptive defense so be it.

pre-emptive defense? okay, send your son or daughter on the front lines first if you support this notion.
funny how all the goddamn draft dodgers (fly-boi bush and flat footed cheney for example) started this stupid notion which has nothing to do with national security or ACTUAL threats to the country - and lied their asses off the American people to support it.
pre-emptive defense is actually another word for "attack first" and would justify and support Japan's case for bombing Pearl Harbor or Hitler's attack on Poland. it was pre-emptive defense, right? and not an act or war. sure....

Well if your son or daughter is under 18 then you can't send them to the front line, and if they're over 18 then it's not the parents choice in the matter at all is it?

He is the only person I know who truly is not afraid of death.

Not a problem.......I have a 13 year old stepdaughter and a 4 month old daughter. Once either one of them hits 18 I would have no problem seeing them join the military....hell I would be proud. And if either one of them died in the line of service of this great country, spreading freedom to a fucked up place like Iraq, I certainly would not dishonor their memory by pulling a Cindy Sheehan. Pride in country runs deep in my family, do not even, for a minute, question my resolve to watch one of my children go to war......I guess we know what your answer would be huh HP?

Um one small problem with your crack deluded thoughts, at no point did we ever threaten or make any overt gestures of war to Japan. At no point did Poland ever threaten or make any overt gestures of war at Germany. The Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor was an effort to simply disable the american fleet so that Japan could continue their imperialistic march across the pacific, originally influenced by our scrap metal and oil boycott of the empire. they feared our naval strengh. As for the German invasion of Poland ....once again only a blind liberal could ever compare the US and Nazi germany in the same sentence. Germanys invasion of Poland was just another step on Hitlers road to waht he wanted....world domination. A pre-emptive strike can only be considered as such if the nation in question is threatened or terrorized by the invading or first striking nation.. did you ever take history or anything resembling it?
