Bush appears to be uncontrollably grinding his teeth, or having a jaw spasm, when he speaks.

This is something that happens when people do too much cocaine. Alcohol abuse can do the same.

Cocaine psychosis resembles paranoid schizophrenia and can bring on paranoia, mania, and psychosis.

He said they sorta kept in touch and Bush was addicted for a while but eventually kicked the habit.

Those are actually the side effects of a lot of different stimulants. And frankly, I don't care too much about what drugs he's done in the past. I'm about as far as you can get from pro-Bush, but I think this is the least of what we should be concerned about.

on a more serious note, things are not going good for him. it's like if i were his handler, i would NEVER EVER allow even this kind of photo to come up let alone reach the AP.

its kind of what is happening, things are pretty much in chaos in the WH and no one seems to know whats happening right now.
