I think a lot of those are right but I still think a few of them are a reach.. like #4 and the tv dead line pushing more to buy HDtv set.. or #6 about hotels..

being it's really just about cost and access.. Faster the HD sets fall in cost, more people buy.. Can already get a good 50inch plasma for just over 3k now.. Also many have no real easy way to get HD.. Once more can get it OTA for free they might look for other ways to get it too..

I also think that he is dead wrong about multicasting being IMO that will be a HUGE issue with networks.. As they shaft the HDtv fans with lower bitrate feeds so they can squish an extra channel in there..
Being you can market "We have 6 more channels" better then "we give you the true HD feed of 19.4 Mb/s..

plus once they start to muitcast you get the ugly isssue of cable company A not wanting to take station B being they feel some of the muticast stuff compeates with their own programming.. lame..

Deo and I were talking the other day, and he mentioned that you were looking into a co-lo setup to store your unmentionables. Said something about you not being able to afford 1TB+, and that you were going to look into using FileFarmer.
