Quick Launch bar.. but not

I am looking for a little Quick Lanch type bar... but I want more control over it. Where it shows, hotkeys.. the more quirky little features the better. Any ideas? The start buttons just not cutting it anymore.

This thing is pretty cool. Saw it on someones computer at the last lan and wondered what it was. Only problem though, my clock doesnt seem to work right. Is there a way to get one that displays numbers? Clock hands = suck

There's a site with a shitload of little add on type deals. Click the "WinCustomize" icon.
