OCTOBER 30--Meet Joseph Dabney. The Oklahoma moron, 36, was just busted for cruelty to animals, a felony. According to this Norman Police Department report, Dabney was popped after he castrated his dog with a 12-gauge shotgun. Dabney, who has a prior felony conviction for drunk driving, told cops that he neutered the animal in an attempt to keep it from leaving his property and trying to bite neighbors. We're happy to report that the animal, a 60-pound Rottweiler-pit bull mix, is expected to make a full recovery in the care of local veterinarians.
