Oh, don't even get me started!

I mean, film like Alien Ressurection is nothing but an INSULT to the Aliens trilogy despite its best effects out of all 4 movies.
The story is horrible; whoever wrote it should shoot himself--this movie is nothing more but a make-more-money-at-the-box-office.
It might have turned out a lot better if they didn't bring Ripley back. Maybe if they found another queen, or another spaceship, or some other way get their hands on alien species.

And about Predator series. God knows how many times have I watched Predator, and I never get tired of it. I mean it's perfect! Nearly perfect to see what predator species are all about.
I remember the first time I saw it back when I was little, sometime in 80s. I still watch it, and it still impresses me.
Now predator 2, oh common, another money making movie, nothing more. There are so many flaws to that movie. The characters were plain GAY, except maybe for the guy from Aliens who played Hudson with his famous whining acting in the movie.
Everything else was gay except the predators.
Can you say he got lucky the way he killed him in the end? I mean fuck that, throughout the movie there are numerous scenes where I can show you that it is fake! That it is just plain a "WTF!? OH BS!"

I still do not understand why the hell didn't they bring Dutch (Arnold) back from the Predator into this one as a survival. He'd be an excellent prey for the Predators since he already managed to kill one of them. Just think what kind of trophy he would be for them. But no, they had to put some gay cop characters in this movie (no offense against them, its just that Predator 2 IS NOT their movie.) These actos belong in the Lethal Weapons 13 or something, but not the Predator series.
I can go on and on about this, complaining how bad Alien Ressurection and Predator 2 are.
Alien, Aliens, Alien 3 and Predator are the best in my own opinion, always were, always will be.

I just hope this movie will be worth it, did you know that there was a huge debate back few years ago before Alien Ressurection, they couldn't decide what to make, AvP or Alien Gayrection.
Anyhow, I will still have high hopes for this movie no matter what.
Finally you can see a grown hungry Alien and a sadistic Predator on the battlefield.

The only thing that was good in Predator 2 was the predator, trust me man. When I watch the movie there are just way too many BS scenes. There is no way in hell that cop would have killed the pred the way he did.

YUP, or when the predator hangs and activates the self destruct, he WAITS like an idiot and he SEES that the cop is reaching out for the disc, it's right in front of him, but there is a 3 second scene where predator reacts as if he is blind untill his arm is cut. Such BS, but yeah, scenes like that :D

Yeah, the city wasn't the same "hunting grounds." It was not the same feeling. Plus the way everything happened in the jungle was way more realistic. It added up.
Well, like I said, I can go on for hours critizing this since I am a huge fan.

Lets play AvP2 at the next LAN people, I'll show you what predator is all about :P

I am really curious on how this movie turns out. I think it's a VERY dangerous movie to make because of the 2 different fans based for the Alien and Predator movies. From what I saw of the 'concept' video I am not real happy on the plot. Seems REALLY weak if they try and mix humans into it at all...but that is just me.

I just hope this doesn't turn into another 'Street Fighter' movie based off a video game idea. Only time will tell...

yeah I fear a lame sort of ending with no clear winner as far as the big battle.. So odds are it will be

A. The humans get away and as they are on the way out they look back to see the Predator and Alien fighting

B. The humans blow the whole place up and and they run off they see the Predator and Alien fighting as the place burns.

C. the Predator and Alien (while fighting) fall into a big pit and fight as they fall or cause a cave in and fight as it caves in etc etc..

So you end up with no clear winner and this sort of "next time" vibe to the whole thing..
