Hey, methinks we need a thread to keep track of all the good movies comming out for the upcomming season (aside from Matrix 3 (Nov. 5th), LotR3 (Dec. 17th), and Kill Bill Vol. 2 (Feb. 20th), we all know about those).
For starters, I figured they were gonna make a movie of this, I just wasn't aware that they already did and its almost out. I read the book a couple years ago, and I'm very excited.

I don't know.. part of me thinks we need some sort of order to the reviews or it's just going to get messy..... Maybe new films out or on the way each week or so, then come back and say if they were any good if one saw them? Maybe throw new DVD's into that too? Being they come out ever week too of course.. eh.. just an idea..
might be one of those probs that is not really a prob.... guess we wait and see..
as for films on the way... it a bit of a ways off but ".....if the internet buzz is an indication...."
A remake of Dawn of the Dead (http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0363547/) but with more in the mall and so on... Part of me sad that hollywood CAN'T seem to come up with a new idea.. but then it's not like the older film goes away with a remake.. Still, COME UP with something new you bastards..

Timeline was such an awesome book. I was so excited when my brother told me they were making the movie. But then I got angry when I found out they basically typecast the part of Chris and gave it to Paul Walker. However, Ethan Embry is playing the role of Stern, so at least they slightly redeemed themselves.
I, for one, will be there opening night.

they better be doing it as a sequal rather than a remake.. I hate when they just straight remake em because they can never leave well enough alone... those fucks
so what if a the series is dead.. this ones undead, call it night of the dead.. or evening of the dead.. or mid afternoon of the dead and make it totally new... no one can fault a company for fucking up a sequel.. because people can just shrug their shoulders and go back to work, but you fuck up a remake and yer in trouble
