ok, so one of my room-mates is getting married next month and is moving out. i know this is short notice, but we're gonna need someone to move in as soon as possible.
the place:
3 bedroom house in roseville (couple blocks from placer-counter fairgrounds).
the goods:
we have a swimming pool, cable tv, broadband connection (all rooms are networked), and big-screen tv.
the cost:
roughly $400 or so a month + utils.
