Log-in Problems

I usually have to log-in after a day of not being at FLG homepage.

Anyone else have this problem?

Apparently this is more of a problem that I first suspected. I have had no problems on my end using 5 different browsers, but so far I have heard this issue from Area, Bullfrog, and Acelefty.

Try this - if you are running IE6, add http://www.fusionlangaming.com to your list of acceptable sites. Make sure cookies are turned on also.

Please let me know if this helps or not. Like I said, I have had no issues on my end, so I didn't realize that this was even an issue.

I think I figgerd it out.

OK, login to FLG homepage as normal. On the LEFT NAV BAR, click on ACCOUNT INFORMATION, then change the REMEMBER ME to 1 YEAR.

That should take care of ya'll. The default is 1 hour, so the cookie was expiriing.

**edit** that was a bad answer, even tho it's towards Area. :D

Try clearing your cookies, resetting the time to 1 hour, then logging out, back in, and setting the 'remember me' to 1 year.

LMK if that works.

I'm not sure what it is your insinuating, but My equiptment I feel is pretty solid. P4 2.4, gig of RAM, Ti4400, Dual 100 GIG WD HD's, Enermax power. Um, I'm feeling pretty comfortable with the equipment.

Area - try this: create a new user acct on your machine (I'm assuming you're running XP or 2k). Once you login w/ this new user acct, hit FLG Main page, and see if you can re-create the prob.

If that fails, I will delete your user acct on the main page and you can create a diff one.

I really don't know what angle to attack this at. I asked LawJP yesterday, and he is not havin this prob. Very strange.
