Why can't I see images inline? IMG tags give me a URL, and attachments don't show up either.

And yes, I have the option in the control panel set to 'yes'.

It's worked for me.
The attachments don't, but IMG does.

There's an option set to not allow IMG tags contain URLs which end in a script extension (i.e. .php, .cgi, .jsp, etc...) Could that be your problem?
