I'd recommend this site:

http://ca.lwv.org/lwvc/edfund/elections/2004nov/id/index.html

Provides background information on what events and conditions led up to the proposing of each bill, actual figures, etc. Much better than the vanilla attourney general summaries, actually explains stuff in a comprehensible manner. And before anybody makes any assumptions, my mom sent me the link.

Anyone confused on the props should feel free to consult the political calibrations of LukeThe Drifter....

"No" on anything that costs money (yes including that rope-a-dope Children's Hosptial Bill, that's just feeds more money to hospitals for illegal aliens).

"No" on things that increase taxes outside of spending...like the The Prop 70 to take indians money's away.... :(

"No" on anything that doesn't make a criminal think twice about commiting a crime.....like lowering the standards of our fabulous 3 strikes law. I like it because it's like an automatic Life sentence for anyone born in the ghetto.

"No" on anything that costs business money, including the health insurance bills....unless it a no vote means raising taxes, then vote yes. We need to do something to bring business back to California. Another decade like the 90's and we'll be flat broke out on our asses begging for hong kong to bring their industry here.

"Yes" on things that localize and freeze public funds so the state can't take away from our suburbs and piss it all away on hopeless projects like "cleaning wetlands" which is just another way of saying that we beauracratically seperated you from your money so environmentalists could have do-nothing desk jobs for the next 10 years and infect our schools with fear mongering in their free time. Yeah, so what if I remember when the Sierra Club came to my school to tell me that Ronald Reagan was killing us all with low air grade standards and that we were all gonna die in a nuclear blast because he was pissing off the Soviets. Man I hate the Sierra Club :uzzi:

For Presidential Candidate, you can feel free to vote for George W Bush.

Any questions about anything else?

Hell I'd love to tax them more. except not at the expense of them being able to have full casinos, which is the only reason this prop is getting no from me.
