Yes I know I can order it, I'm not to keen on spending $7 shipping on a $10 cable. And I need it by friday.

Seriously though... These guys are down the street from Fry's, or at least they used to be. I don't see anything about local pickups, but they used to do it, so you could call them. Oh, and I couldn't find the cable on their site either, but it can't hurt to call...

There's also these guys: http://www.cyberguys.com/index.asp
They're in rancho and allow pickup, but I didn't see the cable on their site. TT120 works there, so maybee he can help you out...
Do you need a 44 pin <-> 44 pin cable, or an adapter from 44 pin -> 40 pin w/ molex power? I know both Fry's and HSC used to have the adapters, so I assume that's not what you're looking for... What 'cha makin?

I have the 44-40 converter.
The cable is for the Virgin Webplayer, theres a 44 pin connector on teh motherboard inside and I have a 44 hard drive I can use.
I would use the converter but the cable needs to fit inside the small case.
I'll try those two places tomorrow.
