Did anyone want me to save the rip of this for the LANtrocity event? So you can.. err.. look at the files before I delete them? It's a rather hard file to get a hold of. I dont think Netflix even carries it. Hopefully i'll get it this week sometimes. It's in my queue.. I just hope one of the ones I sent back get there before someone else rents it.

God Damn. Those crazy Japanese. If it arrives in time I'l love to check it out. Looks disturbing...
If I get to rent it (which I should.. it's still in my queue as availiable).. ill leave it on my drive and probley have the DVD to pass around for people to "sample" as well.
Screw it. I just bought the sucker. The one on GreenCine wasnt specific to the quality of the sub (was afraid it was one of the Chinese/English sub). This ones supposed to have a good translation and extra footage/featurettes/Dolby Digital/Widescreen etc.
If its in by Saturday ill bring it for sure. I'll just stick it on my box and anyone can ask to check it out.

I can rip it fine (im guessing).. I havent had any issues so far ripping any DVD's. Do you have a DVD burner? If not.. id be willing to burn you a copy seeing as i've leeched more than a few things off you in the past :hittard:.
LMK if you have a burner or not. If you dont, id be willing to burn you a copy.

No burner, so please do. I was orginally gonna play the video on my comp and use a s-video out cable for the main room, but that way I get shittay sound quality from my computer speakers

Donnie, you can play the sound on your TV as well if you invest in the proper adapter and cable. Specifically, I believe you will need something that adapts a 1/8" headphone jack to whatever it is that you can plug into your TV/VCR.

Eh. No Battle Royale this LAN. Didnt come in. I WILL bring it to the FLG one though, no worries.

I've watched the first 31 students get killed so far. Good freaking movie. The sub-titles piss me off at times. They dont stay on the screen loneg enough to read sometimes (not all the time). I may go ahead and finish watching it today before sleep.
A few of the killing methods so far...
(VERY SLIGHT SPOILERS... I guess.. but not really)
Dual-hanging
Arrow to the throat
Sickle (sp?) to thje throat
Decapitation.. then a grenade in the mouth
Stabing of teh penis
Shotty
Machine gun
Pistol
Axe to the forhead
Knife to the forhead
Three counts of cliff diving
being shot by a maching gun while having a megaphone placed at the to be shot persons mouth to let all the kiddies know.
A rather bloody poisoning followed by an all girl gun battle in a kitchen.
I think thats the major killing methods so far.

i saw the preview to battle royal 2 and the jkjapanese are pretty fucked up when it comes to movies(no offnese to any azns)
