I should forward this to some of our Corporate IT folks who are being outsourced to a group in India. I know of a few managers in Corporate IT who could use something like this.

Also...I must say that the small army of Indian gentlemen that are here from the outsourcing company are...um....unique. I tower over all of them, they don't speak english very well and none of them will even say 'Hello' to me. So far I have not been very impressed. I apologize is this sounds bitter but it's kind of hard watching people I worked with for over 12 years get let go to this outsourcing group. Oh....and they get to train their replacements before they leave!

Training there replacements is cruel and unusual punishment..I think the kids from india should have to show how good they are a do it all with out trianing. After all they are the saviour of the IT world as we know it....(sorry bit of a sore spot there same issue at my company as well)
