What are so great about these things anyway? I've always loved my kb, but im open to try something to.

Look at the first post, theres a link there. For one thing you get five buttons for your thumb (up, down, forward, back). MUCH better than just using your thumb to hit the space bar. The newer version has a much needed ectra row of keys too. That link shows both versions.

Customizable, ergonomic, comfortable then keyboard, you can make macros (never found a use for them in games), with a flick of a button you can make the keys have 2 other different layouts and switch back

The only problem I had with it was for CS.. and the buying macros I had. Sometimes they went too fast and I bought a mp5 not the ak. Not really the n50s fault, you can make timed macros(real life and set). Sometimes pressing 2-3 keys at same time makes it thinks youre pressing another button. ie: I could be duck strafing and walking backwards in CS and all the sudden my flashlight turns on when I press strafe left/right

But the benefits far outweight the negatives, definately worth investing in. The n50 or the n52
