You must see this movie. Saw tonight with my wifey, we loved it. People were laughing and cracking up in the audience - this is so far the funniest movie of the season.

I may see it again. Some of the gags are kinda corny but its so hilarious.

The dodging wrenches and S&M scene is a riot.

MUST SEE!

ben stiller is hilarious in it. but really its more the sight gags and "Patches O'Houlihan" the dodge ball coach played by rip tom that literally steals this movie from him. the trailer doesnt do justice - i didnt expect as much but was totally surprised. i literally was gagging on my popcorn a few times cause its so funny.

the cameo's by chuck norris [ "thanks chuck norris" :) ] and william shatner were riots. the qualifying match with the brownie girls was hilarious and their subsequent disqualification ( i won't give away that great gag ).

literally i was laughing from beginning to end - a rarity in any new movie this year.

thats movie looks like a 2 dollar production, those throw a couple balls at each other, we are just going to have to wait for the reviews.

ahhhh dodge ball.. I think I'm the reason they stopping playing it at Rio Americano for a few years after I head hunted some nerd and knocked him out... How do you do that with a soft rubber ball you ask?? Well when you hit them so hard in the head they pitch backwards into the wall head first, yeah that will tend to do...

ah.. my fav Al Bundy highschool moment.... Never scored 4 touch downs in one game but I did knock a nerd out in dodge ball.. Oh and broke two legs, one of them being a team mate.. Whoops.. my bad...

Allright, went and saw it. It was funny, but it wasn't Van Wilder funny. Had good humor, like the High School cheerleader girlfriend cheers for the "Donkey's" (so it says Donkeys on thier outfits...) and dude takes the hot chick out to "The Dirty Sanchez" for drinks... stuff like that.

Pretty good move, but, if you can't get it via other means, wait for the DVD. Not worth big screen cash to see IMO.

You all thought this was a good movie? Fuck, that was the worst thing I've seen in a long time. It really does have it's moments, but 99.8% of it is just stupid. I did like the little things, like the "Dirty Sanchez" bar, and the fact that the thing that saves the day had "Deus Ex Machina" written on it. But Ben Stiller's "Annoying angry guy" character is even worse than his "Socially awkward guy." Why oh why didn't I trust my instincts on this one.

That's it, no more mainstream comedies for me.

Edit: Although I'm not much of a Will Ferrel fan, I will have to see Anchorman

Alright...watched this movie last night....thank goodness for svcd cause I would be pissed to pay for it. Worst movie since Zoolander.....

Some funny stuff and the chick was hot, but that is about it.

I finally saw it and I loved it. It was a great movie. Iano is definately right about people getting hit with balls never gets old and this movie proves that. :D
