It was a kids movie.
2 GREAT THINGS ABOUT IT.
J'Love's ass in tight skirts.
Bill Murray....He was gold...See the movie if only for that reason!.
But I did see it for free and didnt have to shell out $9.50...............so I guess I would suggest more that you wait for DVD lol.

Funny on screen...not laugh out loud....but it was Bill Murray....That man is good enough to just hear reading a phone book.

I know.... it's terribly hard to control urges when seeing your life long stalker bait on a 50 foot screen. Hell, even Peewee Herman couldn't help himself!!!!!

i hated it - didnt get a laugh cept that smile when he tripped that bookcase over.
the throwing odie off the couch thing got a little tiring.
i saw sherek2, day after, troy, van helsing, garfield, and harry potter the past few weeks. i think sherek2 was the funniest and day after actually pretty good (surprised me with the bad reviews). garfeild was the worst. harry potter most overrated (we went on the premier date and couldnt find 2 seats cept the last two on the damn front row that night). the people in costumes cracked me up though.

seems far too generic... any of the garfield cartoons say first of all, garfield's fucking mouth doesn't move when he talks... john can't really hear him but they carry on those coversations, more like john talking to himself, we just get to hear the cat actually replying
soo, they made a cartoon character up, put a familiar face on him, and are selling it.... pass
took the words right outta my mouth
I liked the garfield comics and now their gonna ruin it like everything else

don't worry donnie.. I might have a thing for JL Hewitt but I'm not crazy, I know she is not all of a sudden going to move to sacramento and start to LAN it up with us.. (I clearly need to go to her)
So you don't need to hate on the film being she is in it, you are and always will be are little LAN princess.. I know I speak for everyone when I say that this before now unseen jealous streak from you, just makes you that much hotter of a chick!
see i'm new and already my opinion is respected i love this place

I avoid movies with less than 20% on Rotten Tomatoes. http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/Garfield-1133038/
Critics can always be wrong, but this looks like the Gigli of kid's movies

It's still better than Baby Geniuses, I'm sure. A nice score of 0% on Rotten Tomatoes (http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/BabyGeniuses-1087420/) , not to mention one of the best movie reviews ever written.
Here's a small sample: " This is absolute cinematic torture; a maniacal insult to the foundation that humanity is made upon, and to the gods who created it all those millenniums ago. To say that I detested every loathsome second of it would be an understatement."
By the way, I for one, will not be seeing Garfield. I bet I can predict the entire movie:
1. Mondays
2. Spider squishing
3. Lasagna
