For those of you who know where I work and the commute that I have this is pretty cool. I am sending this post from the ACE Commuter Train this morning at 5:28am. Yes...I know have internet access for my train ride into work. The best part is it's free for the next 3 or 4 months while they work out the bugs in the system. I am seriously stoked about this because I now get some real work done while traveling to/from work.

w00t!

Here is the company that is providing the service...

PS....and no I am NOT going to try running Kazaa from here so the RIAA can't find me! (but it is an idea.....) ;)

NOPE! I have like 5 different laptops and the wife wouldn't let touch her laptop. I know if we ever got divorced she would take her laptop, the WAP and internet connection. If that doesn't tell you how hardcore my wife is with computers I don't know what does.

I do have to say that the service is pretty cool. I did notice some spotty connection in the middle of the Altamont but that is to be expected. I am going to try setting up a VPN connection this week and see how it performs. More to come...

That's awesome. There just isn't a whole lot to do without internet, so i'm sure your train ride is now much more enjoyable.
