got one I could walk too, WITH a drive thru too.. Never even been inside it.. Still, pretty interesting to drive past it all the time and no mater what time it is, the drive thru line is always 6+ deep..

Geeeeesh... They are clearly selling legal crack there :) Nice biz plan too, take an item you could sell for profit at 65 cents, add in a tiny bit of stuff that sells at a profit for less then $4 a gallon.. Whip up and sell in a big paper cup for around $4 each.... chaaaaaa ching...

actually the syrups they use arn't too cheap, ghiradelli charges like 20 bucks for a half gallon jug.. granted they definetly get those sort of things wholesale

yeah but you don't turn the level of profit they do by selling close to margin.. they are a huge cash cow... errrr like well over a billion in cash flow etc.. geeeesh..

Yeah, I agree, they do have a good biz plan going on.

I figure it won't kill me as soon as crack or other drugs will, and I still like the Starbuck's buzz!

Speaking of, it's about time I take drive across town to Starbuck's...

I keep saying that word (Starbuck's), I wonder if that is part of their sinister plan also...
