This one is really simple and easy to use. IF you played Star Wars Galaxies, then this is cake. There isn;t a whole lot u can do in it. (Craft stuff, ride vehicles). It is just make ur character, then fight bad guys, level up. Thats about it. Super fun though.

Character creation is definitely the best part of the game. There are sooooo many options, and people get really creative. I've seen accurate representations of Nova from Starcraft Ghost, Beatrix Kiddo, a Natural Selection marine, Kane from C&C, and more that I can't remember right now.

But yeah, unfortunately that's the best part of the game. Its fun, and I definitely like it better than any other mmrpgs I've played, but its lacking in content. The quests are all vanilla, same thing over and over, go to X location and kill everybody there. It'd definitely be one worth checking out after its been out for a while and they've added more, assuming they do.

yeah I don't get why they are not part of the game now, even in some sort of limited way.. Must be more to adding the bad guy thing, then I think it is but if you can make a good guy with X sort of powers, ya should be able to make the same sort of guy and "call" him a bad guy and kill good guys..

there are currently bad guys... as in bad super heroes.. but they're all npc's, right now all they do is use basicly the same powers as the super heroes.. i think they wanted to create a whole new set of powers for evil first

Diablo 2. You have a bar with all your attacks, you click one and your char performs it when he's done with whatever you clicked previously, then you wait til it recharges/click other attacks.

as a villan you can make plans to take over the city, and player heros have to stop you, villians will also have lairs which heros will be able to raid.

it'll be fun, but wow might be out by then. and im going to switch to wow for sure

That blows...No PVP till then....So they are gonna have Heros at super lvls before Villians can even come in?.

there is a newbie villan zone with no player controlled heros that you start in, then when you are high enuff lvl you can go inot the pvp zones.

the only thing thats kinda lame is if you want to do pvp at all, you have to buy the expantion, even if you are gonna stay as a hero =(

I mean, was there some survey out there that stated that a game would survive longer if people had friends in it.. and that people would by default make friends if they had no fucking choice?!

I killed the npc's in NWN.. because they are fuckers.. those human controlled bots there for my amusement.. also fuckers, why would I want them on my "team"? oh oh.. get this.. I NEED them.. how quaint..

a super heroe is nothing without his group of 6 or 7 super friends right? i mean shit.. where would batman have been if superman wasn't always there to save his ass all the time?!

I remember now why I hate playing games online. Or, rather, why I've never bothered with them. I hate people. And it seems the Justice server is full of retarded people.

KSing is an annoyance like no other. If I'm fighting a guy 3 levels above me (which is no picnic, btw) and someone comes by, shoots them 1 time, and runs away, they have just KSed. How, exactly? Because this retarded games is setup so that everyone who hits the bad guy splits the experience!

But no, don't bother broadcasting the name of the KSer. Why? Because people will respond back with "Quit Whining!" and "What a Noob!" um, excuse me? all I wrote is "just a warning, so and so is KSing." How is warning people equivalent to whining? And usually I have to reply back with:

You quit being so fucking retarded and I'll quit "whining." It's PATHETIC that you can't gain levels in this game without taking other people's experience. This game is not that complex dear, all you have to do is run around killing bad guys. What part of that is difficult for you? And you call me the N00b. How sad. :rolleyes:

Then they call me a bitch. Am I supposed to be insulted by that term? You cannot reason with retarded people. It's not possible.

And it's so not worth it. Why? because what does this game get you? nothing! the levels cap out at 40 and it's extremely repetitive. Plus, there's the bugs that are irritating. Such as, Chrono and I will go on 4 missions together. Of those missions, he'll get experience on 3 and I'll get experience on 1 (the one where he didn't get any). It doesn't matter who the mission is assigned to or who the Team Leader is. I just rarely get any mission experience.

I have decided that I hate this game and the people that play it. Don't waste your money on it. This is the last time I let Chrono talk me into trying a game. From now on, I'm sticking with Nancy Drew. :(

I feel... free now that I've cancelled that game. How is Dark Age of Camelot? I seriously considered buying it instead of FF11. The Atlantis expansion almost persuaded me. :D

Don't, you are going to get bored quickly with it. In my opinion if you want to play a good MMORPG wait for World of Warcraft. Their gameplay/system is WAY better than any other mmorpgs I've played. Not sure about the gameplay in EQ2.

thanks for the tip. I posted a rant on Mourning's website about how all of these games that look awesome (such as Mourning) are coming out as Online only and it sucks. I mean, online seems okay, but my big problem is that the non-online RPGs suck ass, with the exception of Neverwinter Nights (which is far too linear for my taste).

I wish they'd make a game that was more freewill like Ultima 7 was but with today's graphics and size and what have you.
