These are the guy's out of Florida ( I think ) who keep posting info-crap about this console they are developing. What cracks me up is the specs sound an aweful lot like a standard PC. There is NO specialized graphics engine or processor. No specialized functions in the hardware beyond what comes with a normal PC.

To me this sounds like building a PC 'console', the home game.
