That's the idea for a new $$$$ arena? Something that gains a whole whopping:

"The new sports and entertainment complex would cost $387 million and have 1,300 additional seats (Power Balance Pavilion has 17,317 seats), 44 more luxury suites (PBP has 30 suites) and 1,368 additional premium and club seats (PBP - 412 seats)."

what is that? For $380+ million (and you know it will end up costing WAY more). About 150k per a new seat? Really? That's the big new arena or the kings take their ball and go home? Less then 3k new seats?!

and none of that deals with any parking being some how they think, despite the fact that parking SUCKS ASS downtown that the new arena has no parking lot plan.. Seriously.. WTF..

what a massive waste of money for a last place level team that can't even fill up the water bowl they have now.. So sure, build a slightly bigger water bowl for them to not fill up..

Would help downtown businesses quite a bit, building an arena would be a step in the right direction for Sac which is currently suffering from a lack of anything that makes it a city worth living in.

pffffttt.. 300+ million to house a shitty team that has pretty much sucked for 95% of the time they have been in town is a waste of coin.. Yeah ok fine anti, you would have some place to catch a Justin Bieber concert and troll for jail bait.. I'll give you that..

at least step up with a real plan! They are doing the LANtro :secret: "Million Man LAN" move of saying how this or that will be what happens but don't have all the basic floor work level stuff planned out, at all.

parking? Funding? Even the who would own whatever? Nothing..
Drawing of some arena? Check!
:lanair: all up in this bitch..

Yeah this whole thing is a joke. The big thing the Magoofs wanted was the stupid luxury boxes.

Is this thing up for a vote? My breother said they were going to try and get it passed without a vote to "get it done" which would be even more horsecrap.

And technically you will depriving the natomas area of the extra business and transferring it to downtown if you believe that canard. So that is basically a transference.

So what is wrong with downtown getting more business than natomas??

As long as we get to vote on it i'm cool with it. Push it through and I'm not.

NBA's David Stern on Sacramento arena deal: 'It's not going to happen'

Ahhh yeah.... I'm happy to see this stupid ass idea finally die the death it needed too. I'm not against a new area but I hated the idea of it being down town with NO parking and at the cost of the city gut punching a hole into it's general fund by selling off parking for 50+ years..

Oh I can taste the bitter tears of the uber King's fans that forget it's a business and the Kings are not your "friends"..
Unlike FLG where we all hate each other but come together with the common goal of leveraging our :secret: ways of selling :lanair:
