OK on rare occasions (a couple times per year at Christmas), but gets old very quick.

Sort of like the "All You Can Eat Mexican Food" we went to occasionally in college -- a group of us would get the craving for the $5 deal, go, pig out, spend the next 2 days moaning "never again"... and a couple of months later (after our assholes stopped burning...), we'd hit it again!

Yea, more of a holiday only drink for me. Although I do like to put a shitload of SoCo or Brandy in it. Makes for a internally "warm" drink. It's way to rich to chug down a whole bottle of it though.

My step grandfather (R.I.P.) Used to make really good eggnog. I've always liked it, but maybe thats because i've never had the bad stuff.

I was never a fan of it until my neighbor in teh old place brought me some of his E&J Nog. That kinda changed my opinion of it :)

I"ve grown to like Eggnog over time. However, when I was a kid, Eggnog tasted like the smell of paint to me. That was really the only way I could describe it. Yeah, weird, I know.
