Don't pay attention to the content, but more to the functionality. I like the "bling" effect, but not sure it's 'friendly'.

What is it doing / not doing? What version of Firebird are you using?

I tried 0.7 and it asked me to install Macromedia - which I did. Once installed, it seemed to work fine.

could always just change the pictures menu to a dropdown like the rest and have bling bling and basic on there

Too complicated really. Worst part is how every picture loads by itself... in a large gallery that could really be bad.

eh... it's ok. Only real complaint is when the full pic loads, the viewer only shows part of the image and you have to drag the mask dealy in the smaller window around to see the rest of the pic.

I dig it, works in Firebird for me. The one thing I have noticed that consistently fails to load in Firebird are .wmv files.

KISS is the best possible presentation.

Compare the concise informative site to the one with fluffy flash and goofy filler graphics everywhere, trying to be cool looking but ultimately being cumbersome when you try to use it and having not much content at all on top of that.

Or at best making it much harder to get to the content than the KISS site did.
