I give this movie an 8 out of 10
Funny
Action
shit blowing up everywhere
The story line was that of every other cop film who has a partner, but i found this flick to be a killer movie.
I give this movie the 'MOD" award.
No, not for Modfather.
MOD= Must Own DVD

The best part of the movie is when 'Reggie' comes to door to take out his daughter. That 5 minute scene is EVERY fathers dream to do to some teenager boy trying to take out his daughter!

Just do your homework ahead of time. Would not want to find out on the door step that your daughter is dating some geek who is into guns and has one on him. :D :D :uzzi:

Just do like my grandfather did...
When the boys shows up for the first time, have your whole arsenal of weapons out on the table while you clean one of them.:D

{LEVEL 4 THREAD RESSURECTION}
I just finished watching this movie.
Damn was it good. I'm hard pressed to say that it was worse than the 1st one. The father scene with the kid was fuckin great! By far the best part of the movie.
Overall though the action was good, and there was plenty of it. From beginning to end the movie rocked.
I think I'm going to go watch it again now.

some of it was good but much of it could have been better.. I like the house shoot out and so on but the film suffers the all angle sickness that is in WAY too many films now. XXX being one that took it to an all time low level..
I'm all for action everywhere in a popcorn picture but with some pace. Take for example the Matrix Reloaded freeway chase.. It was a great pure action shot. Planned out, flow of action, camera angle this and that..
Then take the first BBII freeway chase.. Angle changes every few seconds, no flow from shot to shot.. Great, you have tons of cameras filming but you don't have to show every angle, every time, three times in a row for every big shot.. To the point it was almost too hectic and a blur for no reason sep you had that much $$$$ to throw at the filming.
I know that is sort of Bays look for films but at least in films like The Rock he keeps it under control more. Even t3 had a cleaner pace then BBII

I didn't even notice it really.
But you do have a point.
