I think I'll go use my thermal radiography device to heat up some hot pockets.

You sould be able to find cases with those refrigeration units built into them for like $400, and that INCLUDES the case.

Word of caution though, you can to fully moisture proof your board before you can use one cause of condensation build up underneath the CPU.
